John L. Echeverri John L. Echeverri has been a part of the local engineering industry since 1984. As of 1988 his experience has been centered upon the dynamic Fire Protection aspect of the industry where he has successfully headed the engineering departments for two local firms. His early experience included being a senior hvac and plumbing designer. His diverse background and breadth of knowledge are vital in continuing to create engineered fire protection systems that are print-ready for fabrication and installation. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. John is a NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) Automatic Sprinkler Systems Technology Level IV Senior Engineering Technician, the highest level attainable. John is also a member of the City of Surprise Building and Fire Safety Appeals Board, as well as the Arizona Fire Marshals Association Committee for Fire Sprinkler Standards. His additional certifications include being a Level III Technician in Special Hazards Systems, as well as a National Fire Protection Association Certified Fire Protection Specialist (NFPA-CFPS certification number 1915). The National Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) sponsors NICET. John is a contributing member to the local SFPE Chapter as well as the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and is an affiliate member of the Architects, Engineers & Building Officials, Latin American and Aviation Sections of the NFPA. |
George J. Josephs George J. Josephs has over seventeen years of experience in the engineering, design, management, and construction of Mechanical and Plumbing systems. He has a varied background in Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Health Care, Hospitality, and High-end Residential design. He has provided field engineering services for numerous construction projects in various locations. George currently holds Professional Engineering Registrations in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and California. He is a graduate of Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). |
